Activities: Relieve your Stress to Cure Mental Health

Experiencing mental illness can be a challenge, causing fear and confusion into a person’s life. However, joining student clubs and activities offered in your friendly community could help lessen the psychological problem.

On the BULLDOGLINK, UMD provides information on finding compatible group organizations for the individuals, and updates of incoming events and activities that students can attend. Do not forget to look at the whiteboard outside of the UMD Rafters for the weekly events!

AND GUESS WHAT?

At the end of every semester, the UMD campus offers a Stress-Less Week at the Kathryn A. Martin Library for students to relief their stresses with all sorts of activities.

If you love drinking coffee and tea, crafting projects, and enjoying free food and calm session do not hesitate to attend on Finals Week! Visit UMD Stress-less Week Fall 2018 for more information and overall schedule.
